Many of Simba's customers are experienced in managing the port to door handling of their shipments. The tradition is that shippers ship, forwarders deliver, and customers coordinate and pay them all. In the 21st century such a cumbersome approach to providing a beneficial service is commonly considered wasteful and inefficient. Simba simplifies and streamlines the process for its customers (those who want it) by managing the entire process from the point of origin through to the final destination.
